2025 Teacher of the Year Winners

Congratulations to our ELC North Florida Teachers of the Year.

Each year, ELCNF honors teachers who go above and beyond in working with our youngest learners.  The winners are chosen from nominations which come from six counties: Putnam, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau, Baker, and Bradford.

This year, our winners are Patricia Lee and Pat Jordan, both of whom have been teaching for more than 30 years.

Pat Jordon is the infant/toddler Teacher of the Year.  She teaches at O2Bkids Palencia in St. Augustine.

Patricia Hall is the pre/K winner.  She teaches at the First Baptist Preschool in Palatka.

Pete the Cat and the rest of the prize patrol team surprised Jordon & Hall on January 27 with a special visit.  The winners each receive a $500 cash prize thanks to Kaplan Early Learning and The Clay Electric Foundation.  They will also be honored at our annual Early Educators Conference on Feb. 21st at the Thrasher Horne Conference.

We thank these teachers for their excellence in going above and beyond!
